Fundraising awards are mailed out to each eligible participant after the pledge deadline June 13, 2008. Please allow until August 31, 2008 for prize delivery.
* Awards are not cumulative – only one award is granted per participant.
* In case of tie(s) duplicate awards will be awarded.
* To qualify for awards, all pledges must be received by Friday, June 13, 2008.
* We really appreciate participants who take the time to increase our fundraising efforts by completing and turning in Company Gift Match forms with their donations. Company gift matches are not eligible to be considered for awards. ONLY the non-company matched fundraising portion is eligible for awards.
* Each participant must submit an award request by June 13th either online through the administrative portion of "My Fundraising Page" or by turning in a completed pledge envelope. If we do not receive an award request, we assume that the participant wants to further donate to the fight against women's cancers.
*Awards are ordered after June 13th only for those who qualify for and request an award.
*Please allow until August 31, 2008 for your award delivery. If you move after the run and before the awards are mailed, please update your address through your fundraising page online.
